Champions League predictions for the last 16

Let's try and predict who'll face who in the next round of the Champions League. The draw takes place on the 20th of December 2012 in Nyon, Switzerland. All the runners-up of the group stages will play the first leg at home. The rule is the runners-up cannot be paired with teams from the same association or the team that finished above them in the group.

GroupWinnersRunners-up
AFrance Paris Saint-GermainPortugal Porto
BGermany Schalke 04England Arsenal
CSpain MálagaItaly Milan
DGermany Borussia DortmundSpain Real Madrid
EItaly JuventusUkraine Shakhtar Donetsk
FGermany Bayern MunichSpain Valencia
GSpain BarcelonaScotland Celtic
HEngland Manchester UnitedTurkey Galatasaray

Obviously this is based on nothing besides my personal preferences of what I would like to see happen, or what I think will happen. So here go my predictions with a little sentence explained why I'd like to see some of these games happen:

PSG vs AC Milan: Just to watch Zlatan arrogantly hurt Milan and see if he would "not celebrate".

Shalke 04 vs Valencia: for no reason at all.

Malaga vs Shakhtar Donesk: so that one of these underdogs can make it to the quarter-finals.

Borussia Dortmund vs Celtic: I bizarrely want Dortmund to do well and go as far as they can. They have a good squad and play some fantastic football.

Juventus vs Arsenal: To see Wenger whine (again) about an unfair draw happening, but not realizing that it's because of his decision-making.

Bayern Munich vs Porto: The sort of fixture that comes up and we all say "it's a normal champions league tie".

Barcelona vs Galatasaray: So that most people start talking about UEFA being "fair" to Barcelona and a lot of other nonsensical comments.

Manchester United vs  Real Madrid: the return of Cristiano Ronaldo to Old Trafford. That should be enough.

What do you all think?

By the way, has has nobody mentioned or said anything about:
- 3 German clubs finishing top of their group.
- The Champions of Europe knocked out at the group stage
- All 4 Spanish clubs qualifying
- And only 2 English clubs going through
